ABOUT Tim

Tim Smith is a marketing student at Christopher Newport University and a former collegiate athlete who competed in football and track. His experience as an athlete helped shape his leadership, discipline, and teamwork — qualities that now influence his work in sports media and creative production.

Inspired by his father, Hyon Smith, Tim picked up a camera at a young age, which eventually led to the creation of Tim Smith Visuals in 2020. He later expanded his work through JuiceReel Cinematics, focusing on cinematic storytelling and producing content that brings ideas and brands to life through intentional visual narratives.

Tim currently serves as the Director of Creative Media for Christopher Newport University Football and Men’s Lacrosse, where he leads content production and digital storytelling for the programs. He has also gained professional experience working with the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), contributing to high-level sports media production while continuing to develop his career in the sports and entertainment industry.
